Advaidh provides software engineering products, Web/Mobile development, AI/ML integrations, and AR/VR solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, code, and other elements of the platform are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written consent from Advaidh.

4. User Obligations

As a user, you agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct including, but not limited to, reverse engineering our software, introducing malicious code, or using the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Advaidh or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services. Our platforms are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute resolution will occur in the designated courts covering our incorporation.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
